What is Wix website maintenance?

Website maintenance is support to 'maintain' your Wix website. It can involve taking on the full day-to-day management of your site or, for businesses that have their own IT staff, we can provide an extra helping hand when timing is crucial and there's an overload of work. For sole traders, it may be that you simply don't have the time to up date it and you want someone to do this on your behalf. It can be used for a range of design needs too, from graphic design, social media design, blog writing, email marketing etc - your paid for maintenance hours can be used how you need them best each month.

Do I need it?​
It's not for everyone, but if you can afford it, then it's a great way of keeping your Wix website performing at it's best. No matter if you want to simply update a few pages every other week with a few lines of text or require much more attention on a daily basis which could include adding functionality of all sizes on an on-going basis, plus keep all Wix apps and security up-to-date.

What work will you do?Just about everything! We can add or amend your website content, add new pages, images, video, case studies, SEO, blogs, analytics, email marketing... the list is endless!

How does it work?Simply send us an email with what you would like done, e.g. the new content or images etc. Then, we'll update the new information as soon as possible, and you can continue focusing on your business!

How many edits will be done?As many as we can fit in to the hours allotted to you, and we can get a lot done in a short amount of time! You get a full 3 hours for us to do our stuff on the basic plan. If you need more time, let us know and we can upgrade you to a more advanced plan with more hours and support each month.

How much does it cost?Monthly costs for our Wix maintenance packages depend on the size and complexity of your website. In the first instance we'll schedule a call to discuss your needs in detail and formulate a monthly cost based on your needs and budget. Prices start at just £75 per month which gives you 3 hours of our time. (P.S being Wix experts we really can do quite a lot in 3 hours!)

Do I have to pay in advance? Is it a contract?No, there's no contract. You just pay at the start of each month for that month. You can keep up your Wix website maintenance for as long or as little as you would like. Simply send us an email if you wish to stop. (we do ask for 30 days notice so that we can re-allocate of hours)
